If you attempted to use your Activation Code and the system refused it then use the form below to perform a check on your code. Make sure that you properly enter the code in the input boxes below. There should only be 3 characters in the first box; 3 characters in the second box; 5 characters in the third box; and 4characters in the last box. There should not be any spaces or dashes in any of the input boxes.

By submitting your code, you will not be activiating an account even if the code is found to be valid. This tool is just a more exhaustive check that is able to confirm whether your code was issued and currently in the system. It can also provide important information regarding why the code is not valid, if that is indeed the case. If you need to contact SBTRUST concerning a bad Activation Code then also provide the output from this tool in your correspondence.
