If you have a complaint with an SBTRUST subscriber and would like SBTRUST to be involved to assist with resolving
the situation, please use this form to open a case. When completing the form try to include as much material as possible
that supports your decision to request advocacy.
Once the form is submitted, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. When the confirmation is activated then
SBTRUST will provide an initial analysis and response and then contact the subscriber
to begin the resolution process.
