For companies that do not participate in the SBTRUST Rating Program, you may provide feedback (good or bad) concerning their performance. In particular, feedback is welcome that describes your opinion of the following:

    1. Was the order/transaction process clear and understandable?
    2. Was the product/service your ordered provided as expected?
    3. How would you rate the post-transaction support?

Naturally, you may also include other details. Due to the anonymous and open nature of this feedback form, the information is only used internally by SBTRUST and, if requested, with the firm in question. Feedback is not made available to the public but you may have the information stored online for later retrieval via the document retrieval service.
