The electronic mail logging service gives a consumer that ability to have SBTRUST receive copies of e-mail messages that are sent to others. The purpose of this is to allow SBTRUST to log e-mail that you have sent. However, this service does not guarantee that someone has read your e-mail. The service can, to some extent, confirm that you sent it. For a more robust service, consumers may request that SBTRUST forward a message to a particular SBTRUST subscriber.

The system works In the following manner:

    1. Submit the form below.

    2. You will receive an e-mail from SBTRUST containing:
            A. E-Mail address to be CC'd or BCC'd by your e-mail.
            B. Document ID that can be later used to retrieve your
                original e-mail along with the SBTRUST timestamp.

    3. Send your electronic mail to the desired destination with the SBTRUST provided e-mail address CC'd or BCC'd.
